Do you get the following error when accessing your online Sharepoint (BPOS) site ? :
Then you problably do not have the SSO sign in tool installed.
Download it here. Microsoft says the sharepoint site can be accessed without the sign in tool but only read-only. My experience is that you need the tool to access your sharepoint site.
