The following registry key must be set for the Outlook Plugin to be enabled :
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Malone.AddinModule]
“LoadBehavior”=dword:00000002
If “LoadBehavior” is set to 2, then it is disabled. If it is set to 3, then it is enabled.
